Eventfully Yours is a luxury event decorating business that makes its our mission to put the client experience at the forefront of everything we do.
LOCATION: The nature of an EVENTFULLY YOURS picnic is to access public spaces. We cannot guarantee any location as they are on a first come, first serve basis. We may move your picnic, at our discretion, to provide the best experience possible. We may move your picnic for any number of reasons, some due but not limited to safety, privacy (we cannot control who will be in a public space and when), access to shade, views, etc. We cannot guarantee an exact location although we will do our best to. If we are unable to access a specific location, we will set up in another suitable location nearby. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE PRIVACY. All local rules, signs, laws and other permissions apply.
ACCESSIBILITY: Locations are generally deemed safe at the time of booking but each may have their own risk and accessibility issues. Please remember these are public spaces and we have no control over terrain, public use, weather, etc. We cannot always guarantee access.
BEACH: If you book a beach picnic, you do so at your own risk. We do our best to plan for the tides but there is a possibility for rough wave activity and you or your belongings may get wet. EVENTFULLY YOURS is not responsible for damages to personal items. Always abide by Beach Rules and Regulations as well as HEEDING WARNING FLAGS.
WEATHER: In the event of poor weather conditions, EVENTFULLY YOURS, will look into arrangements for other locations and dates. If there is a prediction of bad weather on the date of your reservation, we will contact you to discuss options. There will be no cancellation charge and you will have 6 months to rebook. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
FOOD: Please be sure to let us know of any food sensitivities BEFORE booking. We do our best to limit cross contamination with potential allergens. EVENTFULLY YOURS will not be held liable for any allergic reactions if not properly informed of said sensitivity in advance of booking.
FURNITURE AND DECOR: Our furniture and decor is delicate and requires special handling from our team. Should you wish to move your picnic, please contact one of our team members. Any damages to furniture or decor could result in a damage fee.
ACCURACY OF MATERIALS: EVENTFULLY YOURS reserves the right to make changes to materials contained on the website at any time without prior notice.
CANCELLATION, CREDIT and REFUND POLICY: Should you decide to cancel your booking (we understand that life can be unpredictable) please notify us a week in advance for a full refund.
If we receive a cancellation email 72 hours prior to your event - we will offer you a partial refund and/or apply the original 50% non-refundable deposit towards a rescheduled event.
If we receive a cancellation email 48 hours prior to your event - your non-refundable deposit cannot be refunded. However, we will glad work with you to reschedule your event to another date. Please be advised we may not be able to provide you with your preferred reschedule date and that your reschedule date has to be within 6 months of your original event date.
COVID-19: EVENTFULLY YOURS is concerned with taking the utmost care to protect our clients, their guests and employees from the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We follow a thorough process in regards to gloving and sanitation. CLIENT agrees to notify us of any infection prior to attending and limit exposure by prohibiting infected invitees and/or canceling if necessary. Our priority is the heath and safety of our guests and employees and we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation and rescheduling as is preferable to the CLIENT.
